Shipping + Delivery:

Standard delivery is $12 Australia Wide. FREE shipping is available for all orders over $100.

For all international orders, please contact Coco + Arc directly for shipping information.

We will always attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated 48 hours, please allow 3-5 business days during sale events and busy periods. You will be emailed a tracking code once we ship your order. Delivery to capital cities can take between 2-7 business days, regional locations can take 5-10 business days. COVID delays may affect these timeframes. 

Returns:

Please choose your purchase carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or are different to the product purchased on the website. All returns must be processed with an RA number. Any orders returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Please email cocoandarc@gmail.com with any return requests.
